National Student Employment Week 2013: 25 February - 3 March 2013

National Student Employment Week is an annual event organised by NASES during which student employment services from across the UK host events designed to help bring students and employers together.

NASES organises activity on a national level (including the national Virtual Part-Time Jobs Fair) while individual job shops co-ordinate local and regional events.

Student Employee of the Year launches during National Student Employment Week!

25 February 2013 will mark the start of the biggest student part-time work award scheme in the UK SEOTY! Nominations will open for employers to nominate exceptional student workers who successfully manage to combine part-time working with their studies. There are awards categories for:

• Agency Workers
  
• International Students
  
• Those working for a student job shop, working to find work for their peers
  
• Individuals or teams working for the University/Students' Union On Campus
  
• Individuals or teams working for other employers Off Campus
  

There is also a category for exceptional student employers.
